What's Included:
Kitchen: Exterior cabinets, appliances, and countertops cleaned
Bathroom: Toilets, showers, and sinks scrubbed and sanitized
Sweeping & Mopping: Floors swept and mopped for a fresh finish
Surfaces: Tidied, wiped, and polished
Beds: Tidied and made for a neat appearance
Mirrors & Glass: Wiped to a streak-free shine
Garbage: Taken out and disposed of properly

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Deposit payment will be held to hold your appointment slot. Upon completion of cleaning full payment amount will be processed. You may then be able to apply tips.

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking, including the date, time, and any specific instructions or requests you’ve provided. Please review this information to ensure everything is correct.
An courtesy reminder message also will be sent out 24hrs prior to scheduled appt date and time!

To help us deliver the best possible service, please make sure to:
Clear any personal items from the areas we’ll be cleaning. please clear any personal items from areas that need special attention, like countertops or surfaces
Provide access instructions or security codes, if applicable.
Secure pets in a separate room during the cleaning process to ensure their safety and comfort.

Please provide details on how we can access and lock up your property. If you have specific entry instructions or security codes, make sure to share these with us in advance.
Failure to provide property entry, may result in being charged a Lock Out Fee, in the event the cleaner cannot gain entry to the property to carry out the appointment.

On the day of your cleaning, our team will arrive at the scheduled time. Please let us know if there are any additional instructions or if you need to reschedule.
All cleaners will perform requested services and properly lock up property as instructed when cleaning completed.

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Amour Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage to personal items left out or any items not listed in the service agreement.

We use safe and non-toxic cleaning products, but if you have any preferences or concerns about the products used, please let us know in advance.

Pet Safety: For the safety of your pets and our cleaning team, please ensure that pets are secured in a separate room or area during the cleaning process. This helps us avoid any accidents and ensures that your pets are not stressed by the cleaning activities.
Pet Allergies: If you or your guests have pet allergies, please inform us in advance. We can use hypoallergenic cleaning products and take extra precautions to minimize allergens.

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability may vary.

To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service cost.

In the event of a no-show or if access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time, $40 No Show Fee will be charged.

Please ensure that we have access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the service may need to be rescheduled or canceled, and a $40 Lock out fee may apply.
